The Atlanta Gladiators, a professional ice hockey team in the ECHL (East Coast Hockey League), have announced the appointment of Derek Nesbitt as their new head coach. Nesbitt, a retired professional player with 16 years of experience in the ECHL and the AHL (American Hockey League), will be replacing Jeff Pyle. Meanwhile, Pyle has been promoted to Director of Hockey Operations for the team. Nesbitt is expected to lead the Atlanta Gladiators to great heights in the upcoming ECHL season.
